Aqua-Africa uses state of the art tools and technology to plan its projects. Program Director, Mabior Acouth, performs most of the required planning. The organization relies upon local craftsman and subcontractors to perform construction tasks, but the implementation efforts are led by Aqua-Africa’s on-site personnel, who direct and approve all work that is completed. Aqua-Africa does its own sourcing of materials. This often involves shipping and transportation of materials from other countries to the job site. The organization has established relationships with reliable transport services, and a strong understanding of logistics and necessary transport documentation.
